Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Time Frame: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition of the Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products, clearance items, and hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email Us: Send an email to info@vivoll.in with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request - [Order Number]”.
  2. Include Details: Mention your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
  3. Approval Process: Once approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return address.

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
  2. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  1. If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return request.
  2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@vivoll.in with photos of the issue. We’ll ensure a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
